Ebay Bans digital downloads and E-books

Ebay has banned the sale of digital products from April the 1st 2008. That includes e-books and anything else that isnt a physical product. The only way to sell these items now is through the classifieds section and it has to be shipped as a physical product. eBay has done this because people have been using digital products to get positive feedback and abusing the system.
Therefore, what can you do?

1.You can give up like the other 99% cease selling digital products completely and have a huge hole in your pocket.

2/you can try and sell your e-books or other digital products through
Classified ads such as craigslist.

3. You can take advantage of the competition being wiped out overnight and raise the price of your products, you need to lift the price anyway to cover the price of the classified ads.
you will also need to physically ship the products. Do not be tempted to offer customers an alternative
of digital download. It's against Ebay's revised TOS. All it will take is one buyer to complain, and you have lost your account.

If the thought of shipping the items physically discourages you consider this. You can get them burnt onto CD and shipped by companies who will do all the work for you. There are quite a few out there. You can even automate the whole process. You can even be on a holiday or away and have the whole process completely automated. There are several methods of doing this. To be more precise there are several companies who will automate the whole process for you.
